Auction is for a Mitchell 308 UL French made spinning reel in<br>excellent<br>condition. The reel comes with the booklet, spare shallow spool and<br>spool case with no cracks. Serial# on the foot is 959041.<br>Mechanically, the reel works fine. I replaced the 5 coil bail spring and the<br>bail is extremely strong and<br>snappy. The anti-reverse and clicker<br>work perfectly when<br>properly engaged. Drag also works correctly.<br>Cosmetically, the reel paint is in excellent condition for its age as<br>depicted by the pics.<br>The chrome is in good condition on the bail wire.<br>There are a few tiny paint rubs on the rotor. Not sure this reel has<br>ever been on a rod as there are no telltale seat marks on the foot.<br>If you have any questions, please ask prior to bidding.
