For your consideration from the Magicloth Doll Collection are the dolls Raggedy Ann and Andy #18 by Schylling. The item is described as Cloth "Paper" Dolls With Outfits That Stay On Like Magic! The package says "one doll and ten sets of clothes." Clearly there are 2 dolls (Ann and Andy) and it looks as though there are 5 sets of clothes for each; I cannot tell for sure and of course, do not want to open the package. They are the magnetized MagiCloth dolls. The outfits are copies of the real clothes worn by real Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls. The cover measures 10 1/2" X 9 1/4" and has a handle designed for carrying the dolls anywhere.
The reverse side explains the qualities and characteristics of Magicloth. It...."is revolutionary, new, lightweight, and flexible fabric that is attracted to magnets. It is not a magnet! It sticks to magnets! It is non-toxic, with the look, feel and durability of cloth. It is resistant to rips, wrinkles, and tears." (If you supersize the image, you can read it all!) This set received a "Best Toy Award" seal.
These "paper" dolls belong to my neighbor and friend, an avid collector of dolls. They are NRFB with intact seal and have been carefully stored away from smoke, sun and pets. Please e-mail me with any questions prior to bidding. Thanks.
