Description
The Roland R-880, released in Japan in the 1980s during the “Golden Era” of Japanese audio equipment, is a rare and extremely well-regarded digital reverb, one of the finest Roland ever produced. The unit is aimed towards the highest level of audio producers and musicians, with exceptionally high-quality circuitry and sound. The R-880 is capable of producing a huge range of sounds and features modules for reverb, gating, delay, early reflections, EQ, chorus, and more. Furthermore, they can be arranged in any signal chain design! The R-880 is capable of independent L/R audio processing, and the signal paths can be routed in myriad ways.
The GC-8 is a graphic controller that was designed to make signal processing with the R-880 a breeze. By connecting this with the R-880, you can arrange the signal chain, including the module order and so on. The visual interface is intuitive yet rich, and the GC-8 allows for an insane level of control and customization when it comes to the R-880.Does not include System Program memory card.
Both units are in very good condition, with some signs of age and use (please see photos), including some scratches and coloration. They work perfectly and have been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional technician, confirming their flawless operation.
