Vintage 1960s Whitehall tom tom drum, Japan, Pearl? Estate find.

This is from an estate buyout that we did.
From my research its a "Whitehall" tom tom, made by pearl in  Japan in the 1960's
Condition is nice, with no cracks or chips in the drum. Please look at pictures closely we are not experts in drums, and welcome feedback.
From peaking in the hole from the side and using a flashlight, wood grain goes up and down, and several of the round flat head screws show surface rust. Some surface rust around rim, may clean up with some 0000 steel wool.
Measurements 13.5'' across on head. Height is 9.75" from top to bottom.
Heads fits fantastic, and sounds good.
We have made no attempt to clean, altar or disassemble the drum for inspection, and you will be receiving it exacting how we found it.
