Vintage Compac Atlas
This Ultra-lite size spin reel was made in Japan, by Ohmori. It was made in the 60s, it weighs 7 oz. It will hold 250 yds. of 4lb. test. It is in excellent condition and everything works perfectly. There is some wear on one side of the rotor and a few edges. The bail, drag, gears, roller and anti-reverse all work great, its very smooth. This reel has a 4.8/1 gear ratio and it is a grade 9/10. Its a fairly good quality fishing reel, good for fishing or collecting.
The reels I sell are 98% used, and in between 20 & 100 years old. Most are far from perfect, so I some times use the Orca grading system, the first no. is how it looks and the second how it works. A 5/5 would be for parts and a 10/10 would be new.
