Volvo Flip Navi cog replacement repair 30644536 C30 C70 S40 V50 compatible

Description

This is a brand new Volvo Flip Navigation screen cog replacement, to repair the actuator mechanism that opens / folds the multimedia screen in below mentioned car models.
The OEM repair kit (
30644536
) contains a number of other items, gears etc, but sometimes replacing the second gear in the geartrain is all you need. It is the green part, (2) on the attached schematic.
There are available tutorial videos that may help you fixing the moving navigation screen. The gear is made of super tough engineering plastic, it will certainly last.
