You are bidding on a<br>Vintage Crack 100 Light Spinning Reel - Licence P. Mauborgne - with 2 Spare Spools.<br>Designed by Paul Mauborgne, who designed the Luxor reels, and manufactured in France in the 1970s.<br>In competition with Luxor, Mauborgne named this reel the Crack, which means Champion in French.<br>Cosmetically the reel is in very good to near excellent used condition with only some light surface wear – see pictures.  Finished in a very nice copper/gold color.<br>Mechanically everything appears to work very well.<br>The bail has a light touch and strong spring.<br>The anti-reverse works and the handle turns smoothly.<br>The 2 spare spools are in nice condition and are spooled with 4 and 6 lb. line.<br>According to information I found the Luxor style spinning reels, designed by<br>Mauborgne,<br>were manufactured with the same design for over 60 years and are considered by many anglers to be some of the best quality spinning reels ever produced.<br>A hard to find reel that could be fished and enjoyed or cleaned up and put into a display.<br>Please review the pictures and contact me for more pictures or additional information.<br>International buyers are welcome, but please note that I use the EBay Global Shipping Program for international customers.<br>Please note that I accept payment through PayPal as well as payment through the Ebay Managed Payment Program.<br>I have a return policy so please have the<br>courtesy<br>to contact me immediately if there are any problems.<br>I will combine orders when possible.<br>Thanks for looking.
